I am a dedicated baby wearing momma.
I never used to wear my babies much-mostly when going on walks or to the zoo and my hands would be full of the other children.
Now since Jacobi was born,I relish our snugly moments together wrapped as one in our Moby.
I had tried other slings/carriers before and I was never comfortable enough to wear them for a long length of time;they always seemed too tight or too loose-or even worse: baby seemed unsupported.
After Jacobi was born,I was so overwhelmed;I had the most awful baby blues and on top of that he NEVER wanted to be put down.
Given that I had 3 other children to look after,I needed something that I could use to allow myself the freedom to use my hands.
I had discovered the Moby a few times, but until I took the time to watch some YouTube videos,I never thought it would work for us.
I realized that unless I tried it,there was no way to know if it would be worth it.
I ordered one in Chocolate from the Moby online store and once I received it I was so anxious to find out the fit!
Jacobi was actually sleeping when it arrived, but Payton (2 yrs old) was thrilled when I let him be the guinea pig.
The Moby is stretchy enough and is a custom fit,so it really does hug your baby to your body-which they love- and I never have a sore back/shoulders!
I decided I loved it so much, that I went to Kellyscloset and ordered a brighter colored one (Sienna) and the best part is that KC has free shipping over $49,so I just threw in some cloth diaper inserts and also received a free diaper!

The Moby really isn't that hard to put on.
Some people complain because it's so long or that you need to put it on before you go anywhere.
I usually do somewhat put it on before I head out the door if I know I will be in a rush once I get where I'm going.
My trick to a perfect fit:
Once you have the Moby wrapped around your waist and over your shoulders and tucked through the 'seatbelt' (See 0:44) PLACE YOUR BABY where he/she needs to be (obviously supporting baby while doing so)
Then, after you make sure the end straps are 'X-d' under baby's bum/legs and baby is inside the 'seatbelt' (WHILE supporting baby) adjust the 'seatbelt' first by pulling on each shoulder strap.
Then, tug on the 'X' ends that go under baby's bum.
From there, just tie around you as many times as you feel work good for you.
I find this method keeps the Moby from stretching to the point that it's not as supportive or where it is just too loose from placing baby in after tying it on.
Both of our younger boys really get snugly in the Moby and I love how close they are when we babywear;the fact that I am super comfortable is even better for our bonding!
